We offer free website setup, hosting, and domain management. If you use our platform to build your ConSuites website it's super efficient and fully integrated with all your convention details. This makes it quick to setup, edit, and publish your website. If you don't have branding or content for your website we can help you establish a logo and a brand. Already have a website and a logo? Great! You can continue to use your website and just use our platform for ticketing, exhibitor registration, and contract composition.

✓ Create Your Event

Getting started is easy. Just give your convention a name and follow the step-by-step process of adding details about your event. Start by choosing dates, times, and the location of your event. Add more details about what type of convention you are going to host.

✓ Choose Your Convention Location

Once you've found the perfect place to hold your convention add it to your convention event so your attendees can find you. Your event location will automatically be added to your ConSuites website using google maps to help attendees find your event.

✓ Create Your Tickets

Add your fully branded tickets and pricing using our ticketing system. Attendees who purchase a ticket will be issued a ticket instantly via email. Once at the door, just scan their QR code and invite them in. No special Apps or Software required.

✓ Manage Special Guests & Issue Contracts

We've built a contracting system that is easy to setup using our legal templates. Use the default terms or change them to suite your clients needs. When a contract is ready for approval it is sent directly to your guest or their agent. Approval workflow is as simple as clicking on a link and "Accepting" or "Amending" the terms on the contract. Once both parties agree on the terms of the contract it can be printed, signed, and finalized. Upon approval, our platform will automatically add your guest to the "Special Guest" page of your ConSuites website.

✓ Manage Exhibitors & Spaces

To make it easy for exhibitors to sign up, we've created a portal that allows quick registration, payment processing, and space assignment. Approved exhibitors will automatically receive a packet with setup and takedown times and they will automatically be added to your ConSuites website on the "Exhibitors" page. Need a floor plan with numbered spaces/tables? We can create one for you so your exhibitors will know where to setup. (A floorplan of the event venue is required).

✓ Scheduled Meet & Greet Sessions With Special Guests

ConSuites considers the amount of time it takes to stand in line waiting eagerly to meet your favorite celebrity. Our platform will automatically assign you a "best time" window so you spend less time waiting in line and more time planning out your day.

✓ Send Attendee Email Campaigns

Keep in touch with your attendees and let them know about updates or changes to your event. Send branded email campaigns for up and coming conventions so your previous attendees can come back again at your next show.
