Don't panic, we've got you covered. We've created a solution to all your legal headaches. Just like any transaction there needs to be terms set on what is expected and what will be offered. Special Guests usually negotiate with convention hosts on various things but namely, guarantees and the number of signatures and/or selfies they expect at your convention.

We've built a contracting system that is easy to setup using our legal templates and includes all the general terms one might make as an agreement. You can use the default terms in the contract or change them to suite your guests needs. When a contract is ready for the approval stage it will be emailed directly to your guest or their agent. Approval workflow is as simple as clicking on a link and then "Accepting" or "Amending" each term section of the contract. Once both parties agree on the terms of the contract it can be saved, printed, signed, and finalized. Upon approval, our platform will automatically add your guest to the "Special Guest" page of your ConSuites website.
