Exhibitor Management & Approval
So you've got some spaces (tables) ready for sale. Well, exhibitors play an important role in convention planning and having a way to manage them is important. ConSuites platform is designed to capture exhibitor registration (the details about their business) and process them through an approval system. You'll get a chance to see what they will be selling and what space/table they are intrested in.
You will have the choice to "Decline" the application based on a list of reasons or "Approve" their registration. If approved, they will receive an email with a packet of instructions on setup and breakdown for the day of the event. They will also receive an email requesting payment for their space. Once payment is received, the table is theirs and they are automatically added to the ConSuites website "Exhibitors" page.
